Armstrong Township partners with Lycoming County Water and Sewer Authority and Williamsport Municipal Water Authority to provide sewer service to the community along Route 15 neighboring South Williamsport. Sewage treatment is provided by Williamsport Sanitary Authority at the Central Plant while LCWSA owns and operates the sewage collection system which consists of over a mile of gravity sewer main, a half mile of force main, and one pump station.
